Beet Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen beet chunks (cooked)
  • 100g frozen strawberries
  • 50g banana (about half)
  • 80g Greek yogurt
  • 150ml oat milk

Instructions

  • Pour the oat milk and Greek yogurt into the MyBlend Compact bottle.
  • Add the frozen beet, strawberries, and banana.
  • Blend for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
  • Drink straight from the bottle or pour into a glass.
Tip: Use cooked frozen beet for the best texture. Raw beet works but leaves the smoothie slightly grainy.
