Pear, Spinach and Elderflower Smoothie
Pear and spinach with a small splash of elderflower concentrate. Subtle but in the best way. The MyBlend blends it smooth in five minutes and you end up with a light green smoothie that tastes fresh and a little unexpected. Worth making again.
Ingredients
- ½ pear, cut into pieces
- 1 small handful baby spinach
- 125 ml natural yogurt
- 100 ml oat milk
- 1 to 2 tsp elderflower concentrate
- a few ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your MyBlend.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust the elderflower concentrate to your preference.
Tip: Start with one teaspoon of elderflower concentrate and taste before adding more. The flavour is stronger than it looks.
