Garlic Sauce
Yogurt, mayonnaise and garlic blended smooth in MyBlend 3. The kind of sauce that goes with almost everything. Wraps, salad, grilled chicken, pizza. Quick to make and easy to keep in the fridge for a few days.
Ingredients
- 200ml plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Small handful fresh parsley or chives
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice to your MyBlend 3.
- Add fresh herbs.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip: Make it a few hours ahead — the garlic gets milder and rounder as it rests in the fridge.
