  • 120g frozen pineapple
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 30ml white rum
  • 1–2 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
  • Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour and enjoy straight away.
Tip: Keep the coconut milk can in the fridge overnight. The cold fat gives you a thicker, creamier result.
