Coconut Carrot Smoothie

  • Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
  • 3⁄4 cup steamed carrots, chilled
  • 1 small apple, cored and chopped
  • 3⁄4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, optional
  • Instruction
  • 1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  • 2. Blend for one cycle.
  • 3. Taste, add lemon juice if desired.
  • 4. Enjoy!
