Ingredients:

1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Medium Banana Handful of frozen blueberries
1 Tablespoon of almond butter
Maple Syrup (Optional)

Instructions:

1. Add the almond milk + blueberries, starting with the blueberries. Blend for one cycle.
2. Add the banana and almond butter, blend for another cycle.
3. Taste for sweetness, adding maple syrup if desired.
