Blueberry Almond Bash

  • Ingredients
  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Medium Banana Handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon of almond butter
  • Maple Syrup (Optional)
  • Instructions
  • 1. Add the almond milk + blueberries, starting with the blueberries. Blend for one cycle.
  • 2. Add the banana and almond butter, blend for another cycle.
  • 3. Taste for sweetness, adding maple syrup if desired.
